Juneteenth LP, featuring violinist Dr. Edward W. Hardy and pianist Dr. Nnenna Ogwo, plays music inspired by The Costume Institute’s spring 2025 exhibition entitled "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style”.  Their program explores the idea of style, grace and iconic flair in a sonic framework, recontextualized: mesmerizing swing, rhythmic swagger, lyrical joys and haunting melodies.
